I don't get it. You put a list of blogs and ten of them will enter the weekly top 10 blogs?
Or something like that?
And it's not what, but I haven't even heard of any of them before. Erm? Is this meant to be a private blog or something?

is a list of blogs, mostly friends. Every week wil have 20 blogs nominated for the weekly top 10 blogs. So, 20 blogs to be voted by every visitor. The 1st/ winner of the weekly top 10 blogs, will receive prize. Regardless of the location. And every four weeks, a Monthly Top Blog will start, winner of the monthly category will get another prize. Still dun understand? hahaha
